If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged as a cancellation fee. If you no show your appointment, or cancel same-day, 100% of your scheduled service will be charged to your card on file. If you no show your appointment twice, you are subject to being banned from future booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment , your service may need to be modified or rescheduled. If you must reschedule/cancel your appointment, please do so as soon as possible to avoid being charged. Thank you!!
